This course will review the new Uniform Residential Loan Application and the ethical issues that arise as loan originators complete each section of it, as well as issues related to money laundering. This course satisfies the two-hour ethics continuing education requirement for loan originators, as specified by the federal S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.
